My "Little Spook" eggplant has arrived! This is the first eggplant that I have grown--now I guess I will have to eat it. Anyone know a good recipe?

I garden in the Central Valley of California, zone 9/10. Although I can harvest all year, my growing season is 240 days long. My average rainfall is 11 inches a year, with most of it in the spring. My frost dates are November 30 and March 30.

Slice, season & mix olive oil on them and BBQ them. That's the best.
